    1. More and more I appreciate people who skillfully guide and energize groups while they themselves essentially remain in the background, almost unnoticed. Such "leading from behind" is the foundational skill in Solution Focused Therapy and resonates with the Buddha's "leave no footprints like birds in flight" ...
